  • Our experienced team partners with you to remove the stress from event planning. From seating layouts and décor to catering menus and audiovisual requirements, we take care of the details. Need coffee breaks, plated meals, or a networking lounge setup? We’ll make it happen. You’ll work with a dedicated coordinator who ensures everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

  • On event day, all you need to do is focus on your guests. Our staff will be on hand to greet attendees, manage catering, and provide technical support, ensuring everything runs according to plan.     The event ran extremely well, there were not any issues with the venue or equipment. The host was very helpful and accommodated us quite well with our additional requirements for separate eating area for the management team. Jolandi was very helpful during the initial meetings to view the venue and offered us the help of a gentleman named Hennie, who did an impersonation of Madiba (former President Nelson Mandela) for us and the DC staff really enjoyed that.

    The audio visual guy, Matthew was a great help, he even helped me after hours as I had accidentally forgotten a laptop in the venue on Friday evening. Lastly I would like to thank you Lizelle who did the booking for us. From all of us here at Foschini Cape Town, a big Thank You!
